1. Rules and Regulations

Amount of the stay to be paid in full at the time of booking. Upon receipt of payment within 7 days of your request, you will receive a confirmation by email of your reservation.
Attention: your booking option can be exercised in case of late payment of the stay, the option period being set at 7 days.

2. Accepted payment methods

• Credit card: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa

3. Capacity

The number of people mentioned per cabin in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.

4. “Special cabin” guarantees

Given the specificity of this accommodation, a specific cancellation guarantee is included in the rental price. This will cover you for the clauses specified below :

a – Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival : In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death and upon presentation of a medical certificate or death, the specific cabin guarantee will reimburse you in full for your payment. For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, and not falling within the cancellation clauses mentioned above, we will retain the equivalent of 20% of the stay. Between 30 and 8 days before the stay, 60% of the amount will be retained.

For any stay cancelled within 7 days preceding the arrival date, interrupted or not consumed for any reason whatsoever, 80% of the price of the amount of the stay booked will be due or will remain due to Les Galants.

b – Modification or cancellation of your stay by Les Galants BEFORE your arrival : In the event of an orange weather alert, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this context, we will propose that you postpone your stay in a perched nest to a later date, within the current 12 months.

b2 – Modification or cancellation of the stay by the client BEFORE your arrival : In the event of an orange weather alert, with announced external events beyond your control, such as bad weather, storms, if you are unable to travel and only in this particular weather context, we will propose postponing your stay to a later date, within the current 12 months.

c – Modification or cancellation of your stay by Les Galants ON SITE : In the event of an Orange weather alert, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms, the management reserves the right to cancel your night in a perched nest, for safety reasons. Relocation to other types of accommodation will be offered according to our availability and without supplement, and in this case only, you will benefit from a 50% discount on an equivalent next stay in a nest perched in the current 12 months.

No other compensation may be claimed. Only if we did not have a relocation solution available, all the sums paid will be refunded or a date postponement will be proposed to you, within the current 12 months.

d – Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself ON SITE : in the case of a refusal to access your cabin (fear, vertigo…), you will be offered alternative accommodation in other types of accommodation according to our availability and without supplement. No other compensation may be claimed. If we did not have a relocation solution available to offer you the full amount of the paid amounts will be refunded to you.

5. Rates

The prices shown on our website or brochures are subject to change according to economic conditions or regulatory provisions, they include all taxes. Only the price indicated on your exchange voucher or other confirmation letter is valid.
Attention: if, for any reason whatsoever, there is a difference in the price between the scheduled date of stay and the postponed date, you will have to pay the difference.

6. Special conditions

Any reservation with a gift voucher is usable only once, non-refundable.

7. Animals

Our friends pets are not allowed in our cabins.

8. Valuable objects

Although locking, it is recommended not to leave any valuables in the accommodation.

9. Complaint

Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with A.R. within 30 days of the stay to the following address : Les Galants, route d’Arquian 58310 Saint-Verain

10. Litigation

In the event of litigation, only the jurisdiction of the competent Court is recognised.
Your stay : 48 hours before your arrival, we kindly ask you to agree on an arrival time, we are waiting for you from 5pm. In the event of late arrival or last-minute impediment, it is imperative to inform us.

A guest book is at your disposal in each perched nest and other accommodation, to collect your impressions.

On the day of your departure, your room must be vacated before 11:30 am. You are asked to leave the area as clean as possible and return the equipment to the designated area. You are expected at the Reception desk for the final formalities.
